Architect for education. Boston based.

​

​​​An Hoang is an architect passionate about designing spaces that support learning, cultural exchange, and community wellbeing.

​

An is committed to mentorship and community building. She co-chairs the Career Development Committee at BosNOMA and the Boston chapter of the Harvard Asian American Alumni Alliance. At the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she earned her Master's in Architecture, she led the Womxn in Design Career Development Team.

​

She holds a B.A. from Amherst College, where she received the Skouras Prize in Fine Arts, the Walker Prize in Mathematics, and multiple fellowships in Asian Studies.​ With professional experience in Boston, New York, and Beijing, An brings a multicultural perspective to her work. She speaks English, Vietnamese, and Mandarin Chinese fluently, with working proficiency in French (C1) and Japanese (N3).

She currently practices at Goody Clancy, where she contributes to education projects, including renovations at Cornell University Olin Library, Winsor School Science Labs, Babson College Entrepreneurial Village, and new construction at Coppin University Resident Hall, and Florida State University Legacy Hall.
